Through RedNote I was able to find 2 (Move Crew and Rave.am) but they’re quite far from where I’m based. Would anyone have reccs for run clubs in the Xuhui District?

Currently in an itty bitty situation where I am bound to go on a business trip for a few months but am waiting for the invitation and Ceremony. I received my approval on June 1st and have been checking the Ceremony wait times on the official website. It's currently saying the wait times for 98% of approved applicants before 31st July is less than 3 months. Is this saying from the date of approval you will attend a ceremony within 3 months or you will likely receive an invitation within 3 months or am I completely misinterpreting this whole thing.

Currently, we had a few resignations or transfers in the team where people reach the 4-5 year mark and then decide to move elsewhere or to pivot their career. For those who pivoted their career what do you do now? Im still doing Structural Engineering but wondering if I pivoted careers whether I’d have to start from ground up or whether there’s careers where you can bring your experiences.
