Making my OneXPlayer 3 more console-like, any Playnite setups to share?

I’m looking to customize my OneXPlayer 3 to make it feel more like a proper console, similar to the Steam Deck.
I’ve tried the standard Xbox Full Screen Experience, but I wasn’t really a fan of it. I’ve been looking into Playnite instead, since it seems highly customizable and you can create some really nice console-like setups with it.
Have any of you tried it on your handheld? If so, feel free to share your Playnite home screens/setups — I’d love to get some inspiration and exchange ideas!

Before I back the OneXPlayer 3 — cancellation, returns, realistic shipping?

About to pledge for the OneXPlayer 3 and I’d like some input from people who backed previous One-Netbook campaigns:
1. Can you actually cancel a pledge? If the timeline slips and I want out, has anyone here succeeded in getting refunded? Any fees deducted?
2. Any return option after delivery? If the unit doesn’t convince me once it arrives, is there a realistic window? I’m in the EU, so returning to China is a factor.
3. Would I realistically have it by end of August if I pledge now? How badly did the OneXPlayer 2 / X1 dates slip in your experience?
I’ve read Indiegogo’s official refund policy already — I’m after real-world experience, not the fine print. Thanks.

First MSI handheld (Claw 8 EX AI+) — what's the "day one" checklist?

Just picked up an MSI Claw 8 EX AI+, and it's my first MSI handheld. I've owned/used a fair few others over the years, so I'm not new to the category — but MSI's software stack is completely unfamiliar territory for me, and every handheld seems to have its own set of "do this before anything else" tips.
So, asking the people who've actually lived with one for a while:
Debloat: what ships on it that you'd uninstall or disable right away? Anything that looks safe to remove but actually breaks something (hotkeys, fan curves, etc.)?
Xbox full screen experience: worth using as the default shell, or do you end up fighting it? Any performance/battery difference vs just booting to desktop?
MSI Center M: keep it, or replace it with something else? Is it the only way to control TDP and fan curves, or can third-party tools do it better?
What to install: launchers, controller/gyro remapping, overlays, per-game profile tools — what's actually worth it and what's redundant here?
Settings to touch first: BIOS/firmware updates, power plans, TDP presets, resolution/scaling and upscaling defaults, VRR, sleep/resume behavior. Anything that's badly configured out of the box?
Also happy to hear the stuff that isn't in any guide — the small annoyances you only find out after a couple of weeks. Thanks!

I can't find it available anywhere. I live in Italy, and the first deliveries on the various sites I know of are all in mid-August/September. I'm willing to pay even more than the original price. Can anyone help me?
