Hello I was wondering if anyone else gets these marks below the seal of cat food cans ? They’re like little dots poking slightly outwards. I’m super paranoid and I just want to make sure these won’t make my cats sick if the seal is compromised.

I get red spots on my arms and sometimes on my back during and after a shower. This has been happening for years and with different soaps and sometimes different showers, so I’m not sure what it could be.
