I’m trying to see if anyone else has this issue- but essentially every time I call Verizon iPhone numbers (latest phones because I can call one person with a 14). This has been happening since the outage on August 7th and not a single Verizon tech support person can figure it out.
I’m at a point of moving my service to AT&T
EDIT- I can’t call new android phones on Verizon either
Hello! IA52 member here currently looking at Open Enrollment for MPI.
In the previous years we switched to Oxford to do IVF (we maxed out our $11k of fertility benefits offered from one retrevial) and are currently debating switching to Anthem from Oxford. Oxford will not cover any more fertility tests/rounds of treatment in IVF. They did offer to store our embryos.
Fellow MPI folks- outside of needing a referral for everything on Oxford and unfortunately very little coverage in mental health- is there a reason I should stay on Oxford? Should I move back to Anthem?
