How can I know how much damage I do when I'm disarmed?

I'm playing as a troll and I tried using weapons that climb well, like clubs, but I've noticed that I just kill enemies faster when I'm unarmed. So I wanted to know how much damage I can do without weapons, taking into account level 3 claws and the unarmed combat level. Is there a formula?

How do you develop your characters?

I was obsessed with a demonspawn necromancer and focusing mainly on necromancy, as well as learning to worship the specific god (I don't remember the name) To get more useful necromantic spells

The thing is, I always die around From the 5th floor of the lair, and I was thinking, maybe I need some sub-specialization? Or am I just too weak to go into special levels yet, or do I just not know how to fully build my character?

my first run

https://crawl-br.roguelikes.gg/morgue/Elfuna/morgue-Elfuna-20260717-031332.txt

I started as a demonspawn necromancer, and soon found an Old God altar that randomly selected one of three beliefs.

I spent some time with Makhleb, then found an extra floor where most of the altars to different gods were located. I ended up converting to the religion of Kikubaaqudgha, a god focused on necromancy, so I thought it was a good option to switch even though my previous god had already approved of me. At this point, my entire build revolved around necromancy, using a holy dagger (ironically) and a hypnosis orb.

I ended up dying on the 6th floor because there was a Blizzard demon too powerful for my level, which, ironically, was summoned by Makhleb's wrath

What do you think for a first game? What could have been changed?

Newbie

I just discovered the game about an hour ago and I'm playing it on my phone. Is there any way to make the controls less awkward? I don't even care that it's not translated

What is this "swarm intelligence" thing?

I was reading about the new features in version 4.0 and I didn't understand this; is it a mechanic I missed?
