Society parking legalities - newly shifted - no allocated parkings - older members claiming some spots as “their” parking - advice needed
Situation ; we recently bought and shifted to a CGHS society flat. The parking in this society is not allocated, it’s first come first serve. Some older residents have been parking in preferred areas (stilt parking) since a long time (years) and are claiming the parking as theirs when we try to park at those preferred places.
There is no written parking allocation document that exists as checked with society manager.
Now the rwa president has been issuing permission to some of these older residents to install ev chargers in those preferred spaces.
What can be done to put a stop to this and push the rwa/spciety towards a fair allocation of these parking spots

Need help in deciding a 75 inch tv between the two.
Use case is mainly HD content (OTT) and sports with occasional ps5 use.
Slightly apprehensive if the vida is on Hisense.
I believe service wise both will be same.
