hi, i’m a female. it’s my first time that i experienced chapped nippl* due to running earlier today. idk why di naman first time ko sinuot ang sports bra the one i got from Decathlon,ginagamit ko na sya before even sa mga runs ko. kanina ang sakit nips ko tapos may redness at a bit cracked nga. send me some tips naman. huhu i put some topical Anti biotics for faster healing cos it’s mahapdi. thanks

I don’t know why people these days are like that? At first pakakagatin ka nila na parang they are really into you. Nananahimik ka tapos guguluhin ka,then eventually nag da-die down yung energy. hehe not to mention na nasa late 30s na hah. I just don’t get it or ni-roromantisize ko lang ba?

So may nakafling ako, we’re okay we get along, same vibe, napapasaya nya ko, we’re happy when we’re together. Okay kami. We used to date, eat out, sleep together, chat/talk, watch together, update each other, again okay naman kami. Then biglang parang wala ng ganang mag reply, pa-iksi na yung reply, mabagal na, parang pawalang gana na. haha which is naguguluhan ako. 🤷‍♀️ I’m trying soooo hard to be nice as much as i can, kahit na wala sa image ko yun. T@ngn@. tapos bigla parang stranger na kami kung ituring ako. OMG 😱

One thing talaga is dapat talaga Suklian lang ang pinapakita sayo ng tao, don’t be extra nice, or extra kind kasi sometimes they really don’t deserve it. Yung pinaglalaruan ka lang nila. at sasamantalahin yung kabaitan na pinapakita mo! Just match the same energy they give. Because that’s true not everyone has a heart like you! Sooner or later sasaktan ka lang nila, and that’s for sure!

Hi, i bought Adidas adizero evo sl, unfortunately pang Mens ang nakuha ko sa a lot bigger and size sakin. Now i decided to retuen it, brought it to the drop off ng J&T within my area. Since yesterday tinatrack ko gumalaw na so today dapat nasa Mandaluyong na, kung saan sya dapat babagsak. Pag check ko ng Zalora app bact to return requested ako, i drop ko daw ang item ko within a month. Ha? eh nadrop na nga gumalaw na kahapon pa. Chineck ko waybill ko sa J&T omg “unsuccessful due to dent”, which is obviously the prob’s not on my end. sa courier during the shipping.. Ang pinoproblema ko baka di ako irefund sa naging kalagayan ng item ko, na diko naman kasalanan. Dahil well packed, unused, new, boxed and intact ang item. What to do? Any same situation as mine? Ano nangyari?
