Absolute favorite tweezers

51f I feel like I’ve tried just about every pair of tweezers out there. I can’t seem to find my favorite. I’m really looking for the gold standard tweezers.

Platinum Storage Experience

Considering consulting with them or having them take over management of our site. Does anyone have experience with this company?

[landlord US-CA]Need help with 68unit PM

I’m going to do my best to not make this a rant. This is the first time I have posted on this sub. My Mother and I own a multifamily apartment building in California. We currently have a property manager on site who has been there for over 10 years. We are coming to a place in time that we would like a more experienced property manager on site but d not want to give up all control to a PM company.

We are able to take rent payments online & maintenance requests as well. This has made it much easier for our on-site manager. Although this person is face-to-face with the residents daily, they do very little other than interact with tenants and greet vendors, work with maintenance, etc.

All of the billing and accounting, insurance, payroll, decision-making (including who we rent to) is done by myself.

Do any of you have experience in using a staffing corporation to find an experienced manager who cooperates mainly with the staffing company so that it takes that out of our hands?

We don’t want to sell necessarily, but we also don’t want to give up all control to a corporation.
* also, we live close enough to visit the property and meet vendors, insurance inspectors, etc.. as necessary

Any ideas or recommendations appreciated!
