Emergency Planned Ultrasound?

I don't know if this is the right place to post but I'm trying to find out if my planned, scheduled ultrasound was appropriately coded as an emergency ultrasound. It did take place in a hospital setting if that matters. I seem to recall this happening once before and was just told that's how it's coded. But wouldn't coding something as an emergency procedure increase the cost?

For the love of God, pay attention to the score!

I played PB at a very organized ladder open play yesterday. I spent three games telling people what the score was because no one else could seem to keep track of it. This wasn't a once or twice or even three time thing. This was EVERY frickin' serve. And then the other team wouldn't know what the score was and would spend fifteen seconds discussing it before almost every serve. I would even yell to them what the score was and they'd just keep talking about it. I finally decided to just keep my mouth shut and let everyone else figure it out but the game came to a complete standstill. It really sucked.

Merchant cancels event - no convenience fee refund

I paid for an event that incurred a 2.9% "convenience fee". The merchant canceled the event. They refunded the base fee but not the convenience fee. I disputed the convenience fee with the credit card company and they credited it back, but now I'm wondering if I was correct in thinking the convenience fee should have been refunded.

Walking to Hotel in Old Town Split

Hi! I'm a middle aged woman traveling on my own. I'm a little concerned about getting my luggage from the taxi to my hotel in Split. I'm getting dropped off at Trg Gaje Bulata and walking to the Marmont Heritage Hotel. I have one wheeled suitcase and a backpack. Are there a lot of stairs or climbing? Thank you!
