So I graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration, got plenty of first-hand experience from retail to event management, was told by the guy who recommended me Mercor that I did good in the interview given how the AI responded to me (he was hired instantly in the past for event planning by them), and yet all of the positions I applied for led to rejections.

What am I doing wrong? It's been nearly a month now and I've applied to all the business related positions.
