
SS UNITED STATES MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT POSTED
This evening, Okaloosa County posted the finalized Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Florida State Historic Preservation Office. This document formalizes the County’s obligations and funding commitments required to secure the final reefing permit.
The document will be presented at the upcoming Okaloosa County Board of Commissioners Meeting on June 16, 2026.
