Longevity of new OLED panels ? Bad experience with my cx is making me lean toward neo qled for my next upgrade
I have always been an enthusiast for oled screens ever since i got my galaxy s2 i was dreaming of getting an oled tv when the technology is available and affordable for me and thus was my first oled tv purchase in 2020 the LG CX and i was very happy with it and so careful while using it as I dont have any burn in after all those years, but sadly it has been developing the common faliure of dead pixels around the edges right after the warranty ended , which makes me not wanting to go for an oled for my new tv and leaning more towards the neo qled by Samsung, what are your thoughts about current OLED panels is there any improvements regarding longevity? I haven’t seen any reaffirming statement from LG or atleast recognizing this oxidation/sealing problem that causes the dead pixels after years of use
