I wanna hear from you guys before another doctor appointment
I have been diagnosed with high cholesterol, high tryglicerid and high acid uric in my blood test (I mean just little bit high avobe average). Urine test is fine, no signs of damaged liver but Ultrasounds says I have been diagnosed with Fatty liver Grade 2. I take health check every year and for the last 4 years they stay the same (high cholesterol, high tryglicerid, high acid uric, and fatty liver). Doctor says its okay if i dont experience any pain. But I maintain quite an active lifestyle, avoid fatty food, eat minimal carb and only drink occasionally.
Can it be something about my metabollism or endocrine system?
