My friend helped me with a difficult assignment last week when I was struggling, and I really appreciated it.
Yesterday, he asked me to send him my completed homework because he hadn’t done his. I told him I could explain the questions he was stuck on, but I didn’t want to send him my answers because we could both get in trouble if the teacher noticed.
He got annoyed and said I was being selfish because he helped me last week when I needed it. I told him helping me shouldn’t mean I owe him something that could get me in trouble.
Now he’s saying I’m not a real friend and has barely talked to me since.
AITA for refusing to give him my homework?
