Bad neuro crash/horrible eye symptoms/sensory issues

Has anyone recovered from this shit by raw dogging it? My doctors in Canada won’t prescribe LDN or LDA and I’ve only really tried antihistamines which I think dried the hell out of my eyes.

Bedbound for 7 months, every test comes back normal, in absolute hell and can’t even shower, lights blind me, floaters, flickering lights in vision, glares, starbursts, sounds ruin me.cant watch tv or play video games because PEM.

I really don’t know what to do anymore, I shouldn’t even be using my phone but I’m desperate. Neuro crashes are absolute HELL

LDN or LDA ?

I know LDA has helped a lot of people with sensory issues and severe light/sound sensitivity but I was wondering if LDN also has helped anyone with these problems and PEM. From what I’ve read LDN seems to be more of the safer option so I’m not sure what to ask for. In a severe PEM/long covid neuro crash rn for 6 months.

If you get antihistamine withdrawal after only 3 days does that mean it was working?

I have long covid/pots/MCAS and I started Allegra and Pepcid just 3 days ago, the first Allegra chilled me out but Pepcid hasn’t gotten along with me at all and made my seating/rocking balance worse. I stopped taking it for 2 days and now I feel even worse so does that mean it was working? I have horrible vision problems/light sensitivity and it feels worse today but the swaying dizziness was also unbearable so idk what to do
