Is the setup fine for Monsterra?

Is the setup fine for Monsterra?

Location : Bangalore

The setup you see has a balcony door and window on the right, towards the west. Plenty of light from afternoon.

My question is if the monsterra staying like this will hamper its stability. Thank you very much in advance!

I got this plant today from a nursery (Lalbagh - 600rs). I don't plan to repot for at least 2 weeks for it to get used to my place.

Help Revive my Jade Please

Location : Bangalore

I purchased a Jade plant which was extremely healthy looking. After bringing it home - post 2 days I did the repotting to a terracota pot. I had seen online that this plant needs good breathing for the roots. Unfortunately the nursery soil had extreme amounts of clay in the roots so I had to remove the soil near roots.

Ever since I did the repot the stems started to bend down. After 3 days of repot it started to get better. I had to go to my hometown, the pot was kept out of direct light. Soil mix: cocopeat, perlite, vermicompost, soil - in the ratio 1:1:1:2

Today morning I could see that it had all its leaves before flat and some have dried out badly. Looks very unhealthy.

Please help me! I really don't want this to be dying. First thing I did looking at it was water, and gemini says I shouldn't have. It also stated it may not have had good air circulation last 3 days. And that the roots wouldn't have made it through the shock. It also says I've used a much bigger pot than required.
