im trying to fight scaly pete but i think my game is fucking broken. theres no quests in ANY region. i have 52% progression for sapphire bay and im level 22 and i have infamy level 6. i dont know how to do anything. there are no main story missions they literally just dissapeared. do i have to do side missions? google and others keep saying different things but they all dont work

this is genuinely annoying and it ruins the entire point of talking to a bot. this happens to literally every single ai and even when i give it commands specifically not to. it either ignores me or forgets like 2 messages later. and this happens to ANY ai and ANY bot
