95% of this show is noone believing anyone.

That's until it happens directly to them, or they witness it.

Yeah, the world they're in plays with their minds, but at some point you'd start believing each other.

Every episode has:

"You think I'm crazy, don't you"

"Why would I make this up"

"You can't seriously believe that, can you"

"With all the unbelievable things we've seen, why don't you believe this"

Why does the Pokémon center charge GB buyers more for the same ETB than the US?

This goes for every TCG product, I'm just using this as an example.

I also wonder if this is the reason I see many whatnot sellers buying their stock in bulk from America.

If GB buyers are willing to pay their own retail price.

That means that Americans will make $16.73/£12.44 per ETB sale to British buyer.

A profit of 27.9% just for selling to a different country.
