best baking pans for home bakers who bakes every weekend

i noticed that my older cake pans arent baking as evenly as they used to. a couple of them brown more around the edges, while another seems to leave the center needing extra time. its manageable but it definitely makes decorating a little more frustrating when the layers dont come out as evenly as id like. looking through my cabinet made me realize most of my bakeware wasnt something i picked intentionally. its just a mix of pans i collected over the years so the quality and materials are all over the place

for those of you who bake and decorate cakes regularly which pan has earned a permanent spot in your kitchen because it consistently gives you reliable results? im more interested in long term than building a matching set.

How to automate sales workflows starts with a step most teams skip?

it took us a long time to figure this out. we were looking at tools then comparing what they can do. we even sat through demos and the actual sales process was only in the heads of three different sales representatives but none of them did it the same way as the others. once we finally wrote down every step of the sales process from the time we talk to a customer to when we finally make a sale automating it became a lot easier. the hard part was getting everyone to agree on what the sales process is before we could even think about using any tools. so now we are looking at tools that can handle the workflow not just sending reminders or doing things one after the other. what sales process tools did you end up using once your sales process was solid i mean what did you end up building on once your sales process was working well?

One of the creepiest things happened to me after I started living alone

I've been living alone for about four months now, and something happened recently that I still can't fully explain. Around 2:30 in the morning, I woke up because I needed to use the bathroom. I was still half asleep, so I didn't immediately turn on the bathroom light. As I was about to reach for the switch, I glanced toward the mirror and froze.

For a brief moment, I saw what looked like a human figure shadow reflected in the mirror. It wasn't detailed enough to make out any features, but it definitely looked like a person standing there. The second I turned on the light, it was gone.

I checked the bathroom, checked the apartment, and even looked outside to see if some weird reflection could have caused it. I couldn't find anything that would explain what I saw. I've never experienced anything like that before. Maybe it was my eyes adjusting to the darkness, maybe I was still half asleep, or maybe it was something else entirely.

All I know is that I've been turning the bathroom light on much faster ever since.
