
Shin splints? Maybe?
Hey guys just joined and I’ve been having a problem. I hurt my left leg (hip joint) while hiking so I stopped running for about a week.
As soon as it healed I started running again and felt like I was putting too much pressure on my right leg and it started hurting a little but of course I decided to push through it and of course made it worse. This pain does not allow me to run, it gets a little better but as soon as it start to try to get running again it comes back and I’m back at square 1. Any idea what it could be?
Also the hip joint pain came back and I didn’t even do anything it just came back.
