I'm about 70 days carnivore and maybe 30-35 High fat carnivore, I have been off birth control for 8 months and am having a super heavy period this month lots of clots nothing like normal for me, last several have been on time and regular. I went to the hospital and they said my labs are great they don't know what's wrong.

Has anyone else had suddenly heavier periods on carnivore or high fat Carnivore?

I have an OBGYN appointment to rule everything else out next week but am wanting to hear from carnivore women

Anyone have an easier time getting pregnant on carnivore?

We're on month 8 of trying, just hit 60 days carnivore, I have switched to higher fat carnivore to try and help the process.

Trying to not be stressed out about getting pregnant but that's easier said then done.

Did you ladies take prenatals on carnivore? I was pretty religiously taking them pre carnivore and have mostly stopped, we've been trying for about 8 months now I have been on carnivore 2 months now. I recently started back up on prenatals .

Just curious about everyone else's experiences

I don't eat organs so I figured maybe I better get back on them even though I do mostly ground beef/steak/chuck roast/eggs (chicken thighs and pork butt occasionally more for variety than nutrition)
