I have just started and I’ve uploaded around 10 videos I can see that my videos say earn commission but they aren’t getting any views. They’ve been uploaded about a week. What am I doing wrong?

I’m new to having a ring camera and didn’t know that it doesn’t record continuously. We have a little welcome sign hanging by our door and I noticed it was turned with the back facing out so I was looking through today to see if I saw anything and I see the dog walker noticing the front doormat is pushed up so she scooted it back down where it goes. So then I go further back to see what got it up and there’s nothing! One second it’s there and then it’s not. I checked the wind for that time of day and didn’t see anything significant.
