Advice on engraver

Hi all,
I'm very new to this and am looking to engrave raw aluminum. I don't need a large area, 70x70mm or so, but I need to engrave into the metal, probably .12mm/0.005"
I've been looking, and I think I need a machine that runs around 1000nm, but I'm not entirely sure. Consistency is more important than speed.
Can anyone make any recommendations for a lower-cost option?

I'm looking for an odd thing, but I lack the skills to be able to do it myself. I'm hoping the smart people of the 3d2a Reddit can point me in the right direction.
I'd like to print a 19x in the style of the original Gen 1 Glock 17. No pic rail, minimal stipling that wraps around. Preferably using fmda 19.2 rails. I do not remotely have the CAD skills for that, and no such Glock was ever made, so it's not like I can buy one.
Does anyone here know how to do it or can help me find someone who can?
