Urgent- Insurance Company approved only partial claim

My volkswagen car got a huge dent on the right door panel and scratches on the left hand side of the bumper (due to skidding to the road side barrier).
The claim company denied the repair for left side scratches and asking for CCTV footage of the days prior to accident. They approved the repair of the right door.
What shall i do ?
Also, if in future if something ever happens to the left side panels, would they reject the claim on the grounds of prior damage ?

RBIOA participated in consultations expecting structural stagnation in the officer cadre to be addressed. Instead, they say the final policy ignored their core concerns and merely tweaked things at the margins. They argue stagnation is structural — RBI’s mandate has expanded into supervision, fintech, cybersecurity, data analytics, etc., but the cadre and promotional architecture haven’t kept pace. Younger officers in particular are facing prolonged stagnation in the same grade.
Four specific demands:
1. Keep the new policy in abeyance and review it through structured consultation with RBIOA.
2. Introduce assured, time-bound promotions across all grades (A to E).
3. Where time-bound promotion is prescribed after 5 years, grant pay/financial benefits of the next higher grade immediately on completing 5 years, pending formal promotion.
4. Adopt a “One Grade, One Allowance” principle — remove the existing 5-year minimum service condition for grade-linked facilities and allowances.
