I live in surat technically but like 15 kms away from svnit so commuting will be difficult for me, I wanna get a hostel seat, I have some questions like first off will I get it easily since I live in surat and secondly like I have paid the fee so like if I don't uhm get the seat, will i get refund?

So I bought a keyboard from the website today, got the confirmation of payment mail from the acro engineering company, but the website shows pending payment, I tried to call them, but couldnt reach the executives and the mail has no response, what should I do?
Got 98.5 in mains, underwhelming hai thoda mere liye mocks mai 99.4 average tha, I am really good at cse from my teachers, (python,css,html and java aata hai beginner to intermediate), decent nit mai cse nai mil rha (hs gujarat category gen), I do get some iiits tho....I have heard nits have enough opportunities for cse jobs even if u take mech, the prime ones, I wanna ask the passouts abt what to do exactly, also i like mechanical but don't enjoy it as much as cse, help me out
