Separately cats paw nebula only rises 3 degrees above the horizon is that actually feasible or not? It’s a stunning target and so badly want to go after it for a project
I really enjoy when I have both the mini and D3 shooting random sections of nebulas that people would just look over. Nothing fancy either of these images but I’m in Portugal on holiday making most of clear nights
First full night using the 180 second subs on veil with the mini didn’t both processing externally and hit star cross by accident and couldn’t be arsed to change it
D3 was working on my multi night NGC7000 project
Sappening people, just wondered if anyone has any ideas for some multi night projects on some bright targets.
I have both D3 and D Mini.
Open to all suggestions
So last night was FINALLY! My first full clear night and thought I’d test the mini against D3 on the same nebula with similar integration time.
So folks here it is only using stellar studio same target pretty much.
Ahhh I’m at peace have just got my second dwarf did a test shot last night absolutely loving it and paired with my regular dwarf I have most things covered for now 🤤
Here’s a quick mosaic I got last night between sucker holes in the cloud. Still impresses me the capability of stellar studio.
Apologies guys but I’m a bit behind with all this plus I’m a dwarf 3 owner. also don’t lurk on this sub so Hello!
So what is the see star s50 pro “Expected” to be able to do better than see star as it currently is? Longer focal length? Better glass?
Any input to fill me in would be great as looking for a second smart scope and by sounds of all the hype this could be the one.
I must have had exceptional conditions last night just all in house processing on a I believe 65% illuminated full moon no frames dropped

Here’s M16 just using stellar studio no external processing just stellar studio.
5 sessions mainly 60 second subs gain 40. Bortle 5-6 skies partial moon lit nights
