I would like to connect with some solar installer company owner and one who know about sales

Just curious what’s actually working for you guys these days.

Do most of your customers come from door knocking, referrals, ads, purchased leads, cold calling, or something else?

And which one has been the most reliable for you?

We are researching on a tool that's why I need response highly appreciated

Built an n8n pipeline that turns YouTube podcast appearances into qualified sales leads (JSON + FastAPI code inside)

Built an n8n pipeline that turns YouTube podcast appearances into qualified sales leads (JSON + FastAPI code inside)

I wanted to find B2B leads for my client : instead of cold-scraping LinkedIn, I look for executives who've already talked publicly about the problems my product solves — by mining podcast transcripts.

Here's the two-workflow pipeline I ended up with (n8n JSON + the FastAPI transcript service ).

Workflow 1 — Podcast discovery

  • Reads a list of YouTube channel handles from a Google Sheet
  • For each channel, resolves the uploads playlist via the YouTube Data API and pulls every video (auto-paginated, not just the first 50)
  • Runs each video through a fast keyword filter (podcast, interview, founder, CEO, panel, etc.) on the title/description
  • Anything that doesn't match the keywords still gets a second pass through a small Groq-hosted LLM (Llama 3.1 8B) that classifies it as PODCAST or OTHER — this catches episodes with vague titles that the keyword filter would've missed
  • Matches get appended to a "podcast queue" sheet

Workflow 2 — Transcript → lead

  • Reads the queued podcast URLs
  • Pulls official caption availability from the YouTube Data API, then fetches the actual transcript from a small self-hosted FastAPI wrapper around youtube-transcript-api (works for both manual and auto-generated captions)
  • If there's genuinely no captions at all, it's marked no_caption and skipped rather than silently failing
  • The transcript goes to an LLM (Gemini Flash Lite in my setup) with a fairly strict prompt: extract the primary guest (not the host), and return a structured JSON profile — name, company, title, whether they look like a decision-maker, a qualification verdict against my ICP, a partnership angle, and a personalization line for outreach
  • Everything gets appended to a "qualified leads" sheet, and the source row gets marked Done so nothing gets reprocessed

Sharing the n8n JSON below plus the FastAPI transcript service is on my GitHub.

Would you play a Pakistani CS2 Zombie Escape/Zombie Mod server?

Hey everyone,

I'm thinking about hosting a Counter-Strike 2 Zombie server in Pakistan, inspired by the old CS 1.6 Zombie Mod , Some of you guys might have played the 1.6 server like by zod etc I saw there are Russian sv available but they are laggy here and also language issue.

I'm just trying to see if there's enough interest before investing time and cost of developing, deploying hosting ,making plugins etc
