Game Boy interrupt_time Blargg test

I'm trying to pass the Blargg tests for my Game Boy emulator, how do I reed this?

I will also share the other tests I've tried and debugged

How hard will be getting into FPGAs?

I recently finished a Game Boy Emulator and I'm impressed with the compatibility of the emulator, it only shows important visual bugs on extreme timing dependent games and so far I've only found two out of 30 games I've tested, so, I'm not entirely new to hardware-related problems, while debugging the emulator most of my bugs were interrupt-timing related and even a race condition where a bug didn't happen 100% of the time and when it happened it had different results.

Given that background, how hard will be FPGA developement for me? I want to start with an implementation of the Chip-8 system and later try implementing the Game Boy.

I have desktop PC that can't uptade to Windows 11 but I still want Windows 10 for gaming (singleplayer, I don't like online).

The desktop has 16GBs of Ram, RX 6400, i5 4590 and a 2TBs SATA SSD, is it recommended for me to dual boot and having both Windows 10 and Linux Mint in the same SSD? Does doing it have any risks?

SSD prices have skyrocketed and is absurd.

I want to use Linux for FPGAs, low-level, emulation and well, getting used to the Linux terminal.
