Max dose of local anesthetic with separate agents. Preop nerve block and surgical block in OR

Where can I learn more on what is the max safe dose to avoid LAST when two separate local anesthetics are used.

Example, 20ml of 0.5% ropivacaine used for an interscalene block in preop. Followed by the surgeon doing their own 2 hours later but uses 20ml of 0.5% bupivacaine.

Its easy to see the safe dose of a single agent but I'm not sure about when more than one agent is involved with a X amount of time inbetween.

Any help in being pointed in the right direction would be appreciated.

Using Chems for perks after leveling.

First time player here. I have a save file right as I turned level 12. To learned that my perception is 1 point short of the requirement for earning the sniper perk.

If I take mentats and have perception 10 at the time of choosing the perk will I be able to select the sniper perk?

I tried it once but it did not allow me. I do have the required agility level.

Right now my save file is immediately after the level up, but before selecting the skills/perks. I'm not sure if that makes a difference and I load an earlier or something else.

In 2006, West Virginia minister Sherman Sizemore was fully conscious during a bladder surgery due to anesthesiologist negligence. The process went on for 16 minutes until the medical team finally realized he was awake. Sherman was tormented by visions of the event and tragically took his own life.

His family did end up suing the hospital for an undisclosed amount. Rest in peace Sherman.

Recommended hard areas to visit while underleveled.

New to the Fallout games and was inspired by a youtube video going to Point Lookout while level 1.

I was thinking of taking advantage of Fallout 3's scaled enemy difficulty and to visit traditionally harder areas while being underleveled.

Besides Point Lookout DLC, which other areas are not meant for the faint of heart?

Does anyone have any recommendations on the add ons I should get or can help identify what else is missing in order to have success?

Thank you!!

TBS Mojito 1st time building

Hey all, its my first time building an RC and I'm seeing that not everything comes in the kit, such as the FPV equipment.

Before I buy the kit, Im trying to understand what else is missing so I can buy it as well. Is someone able to share some recommendations on what I should get or offer clearer insight as to what is missing?
