This vendor posted this Feraligatr 160 Holo Japanese with a price at least 10x higher than market because it had the possibility of being a PSA 10.
Luckily Vinted has blocked his account before someone fell for this scam.
Has anyone else seen other cases such as this?

I am so happy! I looked for the Japanese 1st edition cards everywhere and had to import some from Japan.
I am trying to get all Feraligatr cards and since I prefer having them in Japanese, I was looking for buying it in the language. The problem is that the Mega Feraligatr SAR in JP is found on the Start Deck 100 and has a somewhat low pullrate, making the price be considerably higher than usual.
I've found options around €200-250, but before buying I wanted to know what is the expected trend for cards such as those. I know there's no answer to it and I don't care about investing. I just want to avoid buying knowing that I could pay much less in the future if possible.
What are your thoughts?
