Pack is bruising my daughter's hips

We are headed to Philmont next weekend for a 7 day trek and on most shakedown hikes the pack is bruising my daughter's hips. She just let me know about this so we dont have much time to remedy it. She has tried multiple packs and the REI one she has is the one she likes and fits the best. She is very slender so I feel like this could be part of the issue. How can we pad her hip area better to mitigate this bruising? Either by something on her hips or something on the hip of the pack. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!! Thank you!

9 Months THC Free Today!!

I dont mean to brag, I just dont have may places to share my success and get support. I have a couple friends that think I'm crazy for quitting and the rest really dont understand the struggle that I was going through. I was an all day, daily user for 25 years and just watched life pass me by. Now I'm 9 months THC free and I cant imagine a life where I go back to it. I wish you all success and the very best. Quitting is hard but staying off it is worth everything in the world. Good luck to all of you!!
