How to know when the therapeutic relationship is over/ran it's course?

I've been seeing the same therapist for almost 3 years. I really like them & felt comfortable (which is very difficult for me) & things were going really well until the last 4ish months.

We haven't made any progress at all in these last few months & they say that's because I'm stuck/blocked. They wanted to put me with a different therapist but said they'd be in those sessions with me, I declined. Every session we have switches to a new therapy tactic & I feel like that's part of why we aren't making any progress. I just want to stick to one therapy tactic/style & I tried to express that at the end of our last session & asked honestly if they felt like therapy was even going to help me at this point & if there was any point in continuing but it felt like it just became a fight & I never got a real answer. I sent a long, rambling (possibly even rude) message after leaving that session which just made it all worse but that is all on me. I did apologize repeatedly for that message.

I feel like they're "over it" & are only continuing to see me because they feel they have to? Idk. I won't seek therapy again & they know that but I don't want them to feel like they have to keep seeing me because of that reason. I feel like the therapy is dead in the water.

Does it seem obvious it isn't working anymore & we need to just part ways? Should I just go ahead & cancel the remaining sessions now so they have plenty of time to fill them if needed?

WV Medicaid Income Calculation/ Guidelines

We were a household of 4 & we all qualified for Medicaid but our daughter graduated in May & just turned 18 a week ago, so she decided to move in with some friends.

We obviously are now a household of 3 & I'm calling to put in our changes tomorrow but I wanted to be prepared if we are going to most likely lose Medicaid benefits.

Our household consist of:

Husband, age 46: Works full-time. His job offers no benefits of any kind.

We applied for LIEAP on 06/26 & it listed then our gross income for LIEAP & it updated SNAP gross as well to $3172.

SNAP countable net as 2242.07

Husband's last 4 paychecks

  1. Gross - $1452.25 Net - $1200.15

  2. Gross - $1521.63 Net - $1255.23

  3. Gross - $1688.13 Net - $1384.99

  4. Gross - $1570.19 Net - $1293.06

Then there is me, age 36: I do not work, I am exempt for severe mental health issues. This is why I'm extremely worried, I've been going to this same outpatient behavioral health center for 12 years & have been medicated all 12 years straight. I also finally found a therapist & I've been with her for 3 years.

Our son, age 8: I believe he'll still qualify or at least qualify for CHIP.

Does Medicaid take any type of living expensive into account, like rent or do they have any standard deductions like SNAP?

Estimate of Repair Cost?

2015 Kia Forte LX

A little detail about the damage: our cars were parked on the street (legally) & Kia Soul came flying & slammed into my car first (the white Malibu) pushing it back/sideways about 4ft. It seems my car took the brunt of it & it was totaled. unfortunately, my husband's car wound up hit too.

I know 100% the headlight is going to have to be replaced but I just don't know what I'm looking at price wise. The bumper is my concern because the bumper isn't loose at all, from what we can tell nothing inside or out are broken (the hit to my car helped lessen the damage to his) but the scrapes are pretty deep.

Any idea of the odds that they'll want to replace the entire bumper? Also, possibly an estimate for the both the bumper & headlight assembly replacement?

Patching Roof Leak

Our house has an asphalt shingle roof & after a storm with strong winds, we lost some shingles. We have roof leaks in two separate rooms now & we need to patch them in whatever way that would last the longest.

I've Googled & found:

Leak Stopper Roof Patch Rubberized Roof Repair used with APOC 470 Asphalt Saturated Reinforcing Fabric

Henry 208R Rubberized Wet Patch Roof Leak Repair, doesn't say anything about needing the fabric.

APOC 109 Asphalt Roof Cement with the Reinforcing Fabric

Are any of those a good option? If not, what would you recommend? We absolutely cannot afford a professional. I'll save you from the full sob story but life has beat us into the ground repeatedly the last couple months & we're stuck doing DIY.

Covering repairs or totaled?

Mine & my husband's parked, unoccupied cars were both hit by a 14yo in a stolen car that turned into a hit & run. We were found not at fault but we had to use our insurance for the damage. My car was taken to the preferred dealership Monday & we got an estimate this morning.

I'm a little confused on the claim though because in the first screenshot it says "once you have your estimate, it's considered approved." The second says "we've recieved & approved your damage estimate" & to contact the shop to begin work. So, I've recieved my estimate, therefore my repairs are approved & the dealership can begin to work on it?

I called in to ask a question but the claim is basically chaos with all the notes & the guy was confused & transferred me to the claims specialist, I think that's who he said she was. When she called me back she said that she hadn't looked over the claim fully but most likely she was going to list it as a total loss.

Can they tell me they approved it & to start the work on it to then turn around & claim it a total loss?
