My Nexon got overheated & won't go above 1st gear. Oil and Coolant got mixed. 2022 model driven only 20k km. Got it towed to service centre. They're saying alot of engine's parts need to be replaced.

My extended warranty is expiring in 2027, since it's rainy season the service centre authorities are trying to blame it on water damage which I clearly haven't driven in.

It seems they want to rub off the extended warranty & make me pay from my pocket. How do I proceed?
