Is FaceIt even still worth using (NA)

Premier as you know is full of cheaters.

I am at 14k on premier but I get put with 4 stacks who dont comm/troll and it got infuriating, so I tried FaceIt.

Oh boy.

The playerbase does want to win, but at the expense of any fun.

I play in NA level 5 and it is somehow full of toxic Russians who flame you (most of the time because of nit pick mistakes or nothing at all) and it becomes irritating.

It takes 10 minutes to find a game and another 10 to even start.

Toxicity is just as bad as Valorant typically was when I still played it.

Should I go back to Premier and maybe find a duo/trio instead? I cant stand the long queues and EU VPN users.

Came out of retirement, hardstuck plat again

I came back after a 8 month break to play regularly.

I play a lot of jett and chamber.

I tried playing some waylay but I dislike the kit.

I might try Iso again.

What exactly helps to get out of plat in this act? Especially if you play Operator playstyle
