If I finish this then does it mean that I can freely use Newpipe? And it says wait 24 hours does it mean that I cant use my phone for 24 hours? Sorry I know it sounds very ignorant but I am very new to this ig and English is not my first language Thank you!

So...before to start, sorry that my English is not good I've been using Newpipe for several years but since few days ago, any videos on my Newpipe are only available in 360p No 720p or 1080p or whatever AT ALL If I try to download just anything, I only can download the video in 360p
This is the latest version I removed cache or restarted the app numerous times but Idk what shall I do If anyone has similar problem, please let me know Thank you!
