Three rejections within 10 days from Retail stores

I have no idea what’s wrong with me! I don’t understand how to convince them that I can work and I really can give my hundred percent? I feel so bad when I get rejections from retail part time jobs. I don’t understand why this happens to me. Why I get rejections every time. Can anyone help me!
