I left my car in a storage unit near the F LL airport for about 4 months. I need an experienced car mechanic to help me go through the process of starting the car safely, checking everything from engine oil to the cylinders, and checking if my oil destabilized, etc. Basically going through every single precaution possible. Car is a 2022 Hyundai Tucson.

Anyone have any issues applying for a new TN visa or renewing your TN visa after you've submitted the I-140 EB-2 NIW application?

Technically TN visa is non-immigrant intent but applying for a greencard kind of is immigrant intent is it not?

What is the longest time you can be away from the US while on TN visa if you're working remotely? I want to travel for the summer, how long is considered risky? Do you usually tell your employer where you're going even if you're fully remote and traveling won't interfere with your job? Is just having your I-94, TN Visa stamp, and paystubs from your employer enough when you re-enter?
