What's the deal with that Nine Thai restaurant on QB?

What's the deal with that Nine Thai restaurant on QB?

This place (just a few doors down from Portofino) has a pretty freaky vibe. Most of the time the gates are half-way down (like this pic). Inside is always dark, with stacks of boxes and supplies everywhere. You never see anyone in there (neither customers nor workers). Given the number of restaurants that have gone out of business on QB (Queens Bully, Matiz, Guantamera), I don't know how this joint is still around. Reviews on Yelp and Google are awful. Their website says they are open from 8AM to 1:30AM. Do enough people order Thai first thing in the morning to make it a viable business model to open at 8AM?

It's hard to believe this is a functioning business. But, somehow they outlasted others that at least appeared to be far more successful.

Chase two factor authentication (2FA) gives me different options based on the presence of Chase cookies.

If Chase cookies are NOT present on my computer, I got more options for doing the 2FA. Specifically, I can choose among two phone numbers (for call or text), and two email address.

After a successful login, and the cookies are created and present, subsequent logins give me the choice of only phone number, and one email address for 2FA.

The problem is the same using Windows Chrome or MS Edge, as well as Chrome on my phone. I can reproduce the problem at will be manually deleting the cookies, or using incognito mode.

Has anyone experienced this? Since it's the same on multiple platforms, seems like a back-end issue. But, no clue if there's a setting on my Chase profile that cover this.

I'm coming to this group because I cringe at the thought of trying to explain this to a Chase Customer Service rep that just won't get it.
