Hoping anyone can offer insight. I've had a cough for a month. Nothing works and it is not improving. I've tried multiple inhalers, a 5 day steroid course, multiple OTC and prescription cough and congestions medications. Nothing works and I am at my wits end. I've been to urgent care and my PCP multiple times. Told it is a bad virus. I have to work and can't keep going like this. The fatigue is horrible. Please help. I've had asthma since childhood and am now middle aged.

I am getting multiple spam emails a day from someone impersonating Apple. I called Apple and was told it was spam and my apple account shows no sign of compromise. I changed my password, have 2 FA, delete cookies, high privacy settings, etc. What else can I do? I am thinking of closing the email account (Google) It is a second email account and Yahoo is my primary for apple. I have stolen device protection set, so any changes must be done with device in hand, with the confirmation prompt sent to device. I am blocking and reporting all spam emails. What else can I do?

Is there any guideline on how long to retain documents associated with a bankruptcy filing? The discharge notice I can see keeping forever and maybe the debt class certificates. But the rest like bank statements, etc. should you keep it for say 1 year, 5 years, etc.?

What's up with the horrible traffic lately? All times of the day and days of the week, regardless of side streets or freeways, traffic is just heavy and horrific. What gives?
