I’ve rocked a Breville Barista Express for 8 years, but I’m tired of the lack of shot-to-shot consistency.

My routine: 2 back-to-back lattes, twice a day. I stick strictly to classic Italian dark roasts from a local roaster.

Looking for a rock-solid, low-hassle machine with great steam power that will last for years. My max budget is $5k, but I’d prefer not to overspend on features I won't use just because the budget is there. I just want cafe-quality shots consistently.

I have already purchased Eureka Mignon Libra for my grinder. What machine should I be looking at?
