My girl is almost 3yrs old and when I see her go up to kids sometimes it’s really good and sometimes really bad, especially if there’s an age gap that interferes with them.

Lately she will go up to kids around her size and say “hi wanna play?” and they either run away or stare at her and I’m across the room watching and I suddenly wanna puke from not knowing how she’s feeling about it.

which is probably crazy but I just want her to feel understood and have fun with other kids 😭
