33F suffering from fatigue for 2 years. Still have to see a specialist for a more specific diagnosis

33F BP1 and also ADHD, my last manic episode ended in October. Don’t feel particularly depressed but will not put effort into Anything unless forced to. I feel ashamed of myself. Even toothbrushing is hard. Ugh

For me they’ve worked well but my fatigue is way worse than it even was before
