I was hoping some of you may have had similar situation to me and would know about the taxation.

I have the opportunity to contribute to the company share scheme where I contribute X amount monthly towards company shares and will receive a small amount of free shares as an award. The shares will be held in a platform which is based outside of Spain. Now I am wondering would these shares be free of capital gains tax under Beckhams law as they fall under foreign asset or not?

Ive noticed that on Vinted Europe, there are soooo many items which have no brands listed. Are these people trying to sell cheap stuff from Shein? I’ve definitely noticed some are 100% Shein that they are selling for 5x the price. But others are cute and look to be made from good fabric composition, but why no brand?
