What are your favourite Ryu combos?
I just love this one. It costs a ton, but it's so fun to land it :3

The issue is that most parts of White Ash come from experience, meaning I can't make anyone a professional with the style without them practicing timing and situational knowloge.
I hope I helped a few people learn a bit more here.
I've stopped playing UBG since that goodbye post of mine, only returning today with two matches yet, so I won't give my opinions on it yet due to lack of experience.
But what are your initial thoughts about Surgeon?
I'm really curious to see how strong Surgeon will be on the current meta, but also how fun it is. Even though I'll just visit the game to check and quit after maybe sparring with my friends, it's always good to see a new style added or reworked.
Howdy. As you might've seen, I decided to stop playing UBG due to addiction, however, I decided to stay in the subreddit to provide help for others that might need. I'll be less active and stop visiting other communities though.
Either way, I'm bringing today's topic to something that very few people do it properly: coaching and the blessing that you can make by teaching others.
● Personal Experience And Why You Should Coach
I started my carreer as a small coach a year ago, back when I released my Reworked Shotgun Guide on this subreddit. My focus was to help others understand that an underrated style (it was considered bad in the release) can be VERY effective if you know how to use it.
Also, during that period, I decided to help random people I've found in pubs. Some of them turned into friends, although I don't speak with many of them currently.
It was a great experience in general, since I was helping others, making friends, enchancing what I've already learnt and managed to gain some knowloge I could've never discovered. Even newbies can be very creative when it comes to creating new techs and strategies.
There was also the playstyle differences you could find, which makes you far more used to different strategies.
An example would be Nexus_Returns, whom I gave written advice and fought him sometimes. He was an Outboxer Counter-Puncher, meaning his main strategy was to keep distant and counter rather than brawl.
A wildly different example would be my friend Uniden, typical Infighter that never gave up. He's pretty much my only trainee that still talks to me, other than Nexus.
You can make a difference to the community and to yourself by helping others. I would've never made allies here without being an active mentor. Of course, I'm not the best and I will never pretend to be a legend, but I'm doing my best to continue the server that helped me become a better version of myself while inspiring others to never give up.
● How to be an effective coach.
First of all, make sure to understand the principles of the game's mechanics and pretty much all styles' gimmicks and specialties. Master Basic, Smash, Long Guard and Charge and you're pretty much great to teach anyone anything moderately important.
Make sure you and your trainee are having fun. Open up to them. Let them open up to you. If they're not enjoying a certain training tactic you might find interesting or are simply stressed, take a break and talk to them. Everyone has their time and shouldn't feel pressured to win everytime.
Don't encourage toxicity and prejudice. Some of my trainees never cared about treating others and myself with respect, so why should I keep a relashionship with them? Give them opportunities and point out bad behaviors when you spot one, but leave them if they refuse to be better.
Encourage your trainee to seek clans and support groups, since they'll be an amazing training experience due to different personalities being in the game. You can have a million playstyles, but always the same personality.
I'm not going to keep pushing this topic much further, specially since you're here for the game instead of an OG purple banana that love being feminine.
I'm retiring due to the amount of stress UBG and Reddit has been taking on my mind. It's affecting my mental health and I've promised to someone very special to me that I would become better for them. Sacrificing my sanity over any game is not a thing I'm willing to do when I still have that one person that loves me.
I'm only going to play UBG once a big update drops, like Surgeon or Mastery Gloves, but it'll be just a quick test before quitting once again.
Why I'm doing the post? Because I'm attached to the people here. You guys actually helped me a ton when I struggled to find a place to vent on a society that doesn't always enjoy being close to my kind.
So yea. Feel free to ask me anything, since I'll awnser for the next 2 days before deleting Reddit. Don't feel restricted to only ask about UBG or my 18 Mastery Titles (yes I'm proud lol).

Frost Fangs is supposed to be a strong alternative to Kate's other Epic weapon, encouraging the use of Shadow Form rather than the raw damage build.
I'm afraid the weapon might be too strong, yet I'm almost certain it can be an interesting concept, considering Kate has perks suited for a shadow build, yet no weapons made for it.
What do you think of this concept? Leave your thoughts down below!
I'm not a good artist and I hate using AI, sorry TwT
I dreamed there was a pirate game where you could roam around islands doing several quests in your singleplayer journey on a large white wood boat. You could collect treasures, help the people around the many villages you could encounter and, by far the most impressive, duel with other pirates or giant monsters on your boat.
While your boat wasn't too big, the game was focused around parrying with your sword, precise shots with a musket and hanging around with a hook. Despite sounding ridiculous and boring, the hook and parry mechanic made it have a REALLY fast pace.
About bosses, I remember there was a giant spider with a single red eye named "Xevilicus Aprim", where his whole gimmick was spawning previous bosses, including a giant worm, a flying giant head and smaller skulls to swarm the player. The hook movement had to be really precise, since you couldn't parry many of the bosses' movements.
Either way, that's pretty much it for the dream. I woke up recently and wanted to share the details as quickly as possible while also making the art look similar to what I remember.
