Shealth stopped writing activity to Health Connect
This started after I got the upgrade to the new version. I tried everything I (and chat GPT) can think of. The last couple of days are missing for some data and more is missing for other data. I created a new workout manually and it didn't sync. What can I do? I checked permission, consents, cleared caches, restarted, removed all permissions and re-added them. Nothing is working. The data is in shealth but not Health Connect.
Anyone else notice your heart rate increase after starting?
I just started .5mg tirzepatide Tuesday and my HR has been over 90 a lot throughout the day. The shift was significant.
Starting tomorrow! What's the best time of day to take it?
I've got the Kwikpen and plan to start tomorrow. I figured I'm the least likely to travel on Tuesday so less needing to travel with the pen. I'm starting on .5 mg and am trying to decide what the best time of day is for taking it. So when do you inject? What works best for you? Before bed, dinner time, morning...?
Kwikpen cash pay US
I was prescribed the Kwikpen for microdosing to address inflammation/GI issues. I had it transferred to Walmart but they said I had to have a coupon card to get the discount price. The coupon requires me to certify that I was prescribed for FDA approved purposes. Lilly said I don't need a coupon if I get it shipped directly from them. Does anyone know how this works? Do I still have to certify the purpose is for obesity to get it? I'm trying to figure out if I need to ask my doctor to change the prescription to the vial to avoid this.
Low dose lithium with glp1
Just saw in consumer labs that in people taking hundreds of milligrams of lithium, that adding or switching GLP-1 can raise levels and increase toxicity risk. It's unknown the effect on low dose lithium (1-5mg). I take 5mg before bed and am about to start zepbound. Curious if anyone here is taking it with low dose lithium and what the response has been, if any.
The zepbound vials are single-use and without preservatives. I'm curious how many people are still sticking them twice or more.
I am going to microdose Zepbound to help with GI inflammation and fast motility. I am 5'2"/105 pounds and don't want to lose weight. My doctor wants me to start at 1.25mg per week but I'm worried that's too much. Looking for advice from others who've successfully done this without losing but still getting other benefits. Thanks!
