Background been pt with company for 6 years , been on rising star program meat/seafood/deli for 2 years, and not noticing ft even worth the money to be there 6 days a week 8 1/2 hours. What would pay difference look like between a department head who’s newer or a higher up.
I been on rising star for meat an seafood almost 2+ years ive worked meat 2 years an seafood 3 im currently seafood. They upgraded a person with less time in the company an not even on rising star to meat cutting apprentice? Should they have offered that to me? I am studying for meat an seafood modules an been told i know enough to go full time? why didnt my sm ask me?

I feel like 8s and 9s never explode or match 1/10 of what a 10 can net and holding onto 8-9s is for a few grand gains AT BEST. but alot of people tell me to hold this regardless because its vintage
