Transactional interest in hobbiesm

Does anyone else have parents that only care about your hobbies if you care about theirs first? For example, my mom has never liked my music taste even though I listen to many genres, and even though I stopped sharing my music to her, she still brings up her taste as much as possible. If a song she likes is playing at a store, she will always tell me who made the song and her personal connections to it, despite me showing no interest at all. It's really weird and annoying

Today was probably my worst day alive

Me and my dad drive to my grandma's (mom's mom) house yesterday, and I felt kinda sick until drinking soda at a restaurant. I was pretty much okay. But today, we went out to the beach, only 80 degrees, I ended up getting way too hot and my heart rate stayed around 140-160. My skin was red, my head pounded, I could feel my heart going hard, and I felt fucking miserable. I ended up drinking around 10 oz of sprite in less than 15 minutes, and I think it caused even more of a problem for me. I can't drink too much water/liquid or I get headaches, and just an hour ago I have having it bad. Then I went to the bathroom and my pee was basically water, completely clear no trace of yellow. When I told my dad this he said it was "perfectly normal, I pee clear all the time it's normal" then I tried to tell him I might be having water intoxication and he said I can't because if I was I'd be out of my mind. I guess the only way for my parents to take my pain seriously is if I'm on the verge of dying, because they always tell me "it's not that, you're not dying, you're fine" even though I feel like I'm dying and just want someone to comfort me. I had to eat some chips to get sodium to deal with the water, and I think it's helping but my head still hurts. Sorry for the wall of text I was in so much pain today and I can barely handle it.

just kinda tired of being around my parents?

I live at home with my parents because I'm in community college. I've lived with them in the same house my whole life, and even though I had the option to go away to a classic 4 year college plan, I decided to take the easy route because I wasn't entirely ready at the time of the decision to go away yet. it's much cheaper, which is great, but I think I regret choosing the 4 year plan. I'm kinda stuck with my parents until I can get my associate degree and finally transfer to a big college, and I'm getting so tired of it.

some background, I realized my mom was emotionally abusive when I was in 8th-9th grade, then started denying it for a while until my 19th birthday last year. I can see pretty much how the basics of trauma and family history have affected my mom, and in turn my childhood. she likes to say things to annoy me or start arguments over nothing, she gets mad at everything that inconveniences her (including random people minding their own business), acts passive aggressive, doesn't care about my interests, and is generally a covert narcissist. my dad has also become chronically ill because of all the constant negativity.

recently I have been trying to gray rock around her more often, but I think it's causing both my parents to think I'm depressed. maybe this is the case, but all I want is to just be left alone, and I don't know how to tell them without them getting so offended and huffy about "you know we love you, you know we care about you" sure you do, just stop talking to me. forever please.

does anyone else feel this way?
