I got my 8-year-old split AC serviced by Urban Company on April 8.

During service:

- Technician cleaned it

- Mentioned refrigerant/gas was low

- I didn’t refill at that time

Current issue:

- AC still gives some cold air

- Airflow from indoor unit feels slow

- Cooling is weaker now, especially daytime

- Night cooling is somewhat better

- Filters were serviced recently

- Outdoor unit area looked wet earlier, unsure if leak

I’m confused whether this is mainly:

- Low gas or leak

- Indoor blower or fan motor issue

- Dirty blower wheel despite service

- Coil freezing

- Capacitor problem

Since airflow itself is slow, should I:

1. Check blower/fan first

2. Refill gas

3. Do leak test + pressure test

What would be the smartest next step to avoid getting scammed or paying unnecessarily? I don't know which service to trust as i have recently shifted here. Kindly help, the company's charges are way too much so i prefer avoiding it
