Tunecore takedowns glitched or broken

I need to take down an album, since Tunecore's incompetent support staff are once again giving me nonsensical reasons why they won't approve it. So I do the usual and re-upload the album, and it will get approved easily this time.

But then I have to take down the other one, which usually isn't too difficult with their ridiculous system. But now they've added a new feature: "Reason for taking down this release".

As you may know, you have to browse through an unsortable list of your releases, and find and identify the one you want to take down using only the cover art to identify it. But when you go to Page 2, it says "You haven't saved your changes" which usually isn't a problem.

But now when you click Next Page, it says "Why are you taking down this release?" because it's still trying to submit a takedown, as before.

And then you're stuck. All you can do is select a reason why you're taking it down, but then it says "You haven't selected a release to take down."

So the only way to get to Page 2 would be to take down all your releases on Page 1.

Does ebay throttle my views according to my total sales?

I only started selling full-time about 6 months ago, but I'm noticing a pattern. Maybe it's a coincidence, but my "90-Day Sales Total" is always about the same.

When I had 100 items listed, I got a certain amount of sales. Now I have 900 items listed, and the sales are the same amount. The 90-day total never varies more than 5 percent.

In other words, it's always $13,000. (Lol, that's what ebay charged the buyers with tax and shipping, but I always end up with about 69% of that figure).

So the running total changes every day, it's always the past 90 days, which means every day is a new sample of data for me to use in tracking this pattern. And it's always $13,000 minus 2% or plus 3%.

Obviously eBay doesn't stop repeat customers from buying more from me - but when a repeat customer buys more, eBay could possibly turn down my visibility until my total sales stay within their set target.

It's easy to say, "Sometimes it's busy, sometimes it's not. Sometimes a customer spends $500 or $1,000, and sometimes they don't." Except eBay is showing me the figures. How is it that those $500 sales tend to average out with fewer $20 sales during the same period?

I've promoted hundreds of listings, but I turned all those off when it made no difference. Then I promoted a store coupon, $100 off of $500, in addition to having 100 items already marked 20% off. I spent $300 over a weekend to promote the coupon, and then I turned it down to $10 when I got 0 buyers. It's also ridiculous that running a store coupon turns off the quantity discounts on all 900 of my listings, but that's a separate complaint.

I'm still spending heavily for off-site ads, which do seem to get some sales. But again, it could be that I get fewer on-site sales to balance my extra off-site sales, in which case it's a waste of my money to pay for the off-site ads.

But at the same time, a lot of people imagine eBay magical tricks that probably don't exist. "They track my GPS so I don't get sales when I leave town for the weekend." Maybe that's what I'm doing, just making excuses for why 900 items get the same sales as 100 items. Or maybe they do track your phone, I don't know.
