Has anyone been on a Starlux flight from the Philippines recently with an infant?

Hi everyone! Has anyone been on Starlux flight from Philippines with an infant? While booking, it said that the length of names exceeded the maximum. I'm booking together with my infant, I can't see their live chat on the website.

Then, I wanted to clarify that I can bring a 7kg carry on baggage, 23kg checkin baggage and also personal. Sorry it's my first time traveling international. Thank you so much

First Time Travel - NO ITR

Hi! First international travel po namin, family of 3. Me, my partner and our baby. Planning this December 1st week. We don't have an ITR since both po VA work namin and this year lang kami nag start.

Destination: Taiwan for 5D and 4N
Reason: Advance celebration for my baby's 1st bday

So far, eto po ung documents na e pe-prepare ko palang:
• COE
• Payslip in Wise
• ADB of 30k each
• Roundtrip Ticket
• Hotel Booking
• City Tour Itinerary
• E-Travel Registration
• Klook Bookings (pass, sim, cable car, mrt)

Tama po ba to? Sorry po first time kasi, takot ma offload.

  1. Okay lng po ba wala ITR? Or ma offload po?
  2. Enough lng po ba yung 30k each po ung ADB nmin?
  3. Pde ba bank statement lng for 3 months or need din bank certificate?
